Custom Products

Custom embroidered garments are considered personalized products and cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or embroidery error, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it at no charge.

Order Errors

If there is an error in your order, such as the wrong size or product, please contact us immediately. We will assess each situation individually.

Corporate Orders

For team orders, an approval sample may be provided before full production. Contact us for details.
